If your SHA specifies that you are to submit utility statements for the electricity consumed by your EVCS charging stations, you will provide your utility bills directly to EVCS.
How to Submit Your Utility Statements
To submit your utility statements for processing, please follow these steps:
- Gather your utility bills: Ensure you have clear copies of the relevant utility statements that cover the electricity consumption for your EVCS charging stations.
- Verify Bill Details: Each statement should clearly show the kilowatt-hour (kWh) consumption for the relevant period and the associated electricity rate.
- Email to EVCS Accounting: Please forward your utility statements directly to the EVCS Accounting team at ap@evcs.com.
Upon receipt, our accounting team will review your submitted statements in accordance with the terms of your Site Host Agreement.
