Getting Started
As we move forward, there are a couple of important steps to ensure a smooth partnership:
- Revenue Share Payment Setup: To facilitate your quarterly revenue share payments, we will need you to complete our ACH request form with your preferred bank account details and provide a copy of your W-9 form. Our finance team will reach out to confirm these details once received.
- Admin Panel Access: We will be in touch to gather the name(s) and email address(es) of those on your team who should receive login credentials for the EVCS admin panel.

For any technical issues or damage to the charging stations, please use our Incident Report Form and we will notify our Network Operations team with the details. Please be sure to include the following in your report:
- Station ID(s): Station ID can typically be found below the QR code on the front of the station
- Description: This includes details regarding the nature of the issue encountered and frequency
- Pictures (attachment): Providing EVCS with a picture demonstrating the issue can often be extremely valuable to our teams in diagnosing problems and facilitating a faster response.
